This issue with only Airtel, Vodafone, Idea service provider. Companies say that without extra charging companies revenue is going to down so we must do have it. Every month if you don't recharge your mobile number your incoming service will be barred and after some time your outgoing service also terminate as possible.

Reliance Jio service is still free from these type of charges. For the customer's is very required to recharge his mobile number with the availble plan eg. 35,65 and 95 Rupee per month recharge pack for customers. Whole available plans value with validity only for 25 Days from recharge date.
